Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves providing comprehensive support throughout the engineering lifecycle to develop effective technical solutions. This role requires addressing complex engineering challenges by integrating scientific principles, socio-economic factors, and practical experience. The practitioner collaborates across various domains including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight to ensure that business goals are met efficiently and effectively. The work environment encourages continuous problem-solving and innovation to support the advancement of engineering projects within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and decisions to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate engineering outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of structural and stress analysis principles relevant to aircraft components.
- Experience in configuration management and technical documentation within engineering projects.
- Ability to apply scientific and technical knowledge to solve complex engineering problems.
- Familiarity with qualification and certification processes in the aerospace industry.
- Competence in using engineering tools and software to support design and analysis activities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Aircraft Manufacturing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
