Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead the governance and delivery of cybersecurity services and programs across multiple security domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing service delivery performance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, compliance adherence, and continuous service improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, the ability to manage complex security programs, and extensive experience working across cross-functional technology and business teams.
Additional Key Responsibilities
- Lead the governance and delivery oversight of security programs across domains including Network Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Security, and related cybersecurity services.
- Ensure delivery performance aligns with agreed service levels, key performance indicators (KPIs), and organizational objectives.
- Act as the primary governance liaison between business stakeholders, security teams, and delivery teams.
- Lead service reviews, governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder engagements.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of service delivery issues and risks.
- Oversee service-level risks, dependencies, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise security policies, standards, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and security maturity enhancement programs.
- Monitor service health, delivery effectiveness, and operational performance trends.
- Collaborate with security architecture, engineering, operations, and risk teams to ensure effective execution of security initiatives.
- Support audit activities and ensure remediation activities are tracked and completed within agreed timelines.
- Develop and present governance reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver security programs effectively while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and service management activities where applicable.
- Promote best practices in security governance, service management, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 to 14 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Technology Operations, or Security Service Delivery.
- Proven experience managing large-scale security programs, services, or governance functions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across complex environments.
- Strong experience in security governance, risk management, compliance, and service delivery management.
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of Network Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Security, and broader cybersecurity domains.
- Knowledge of security governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and compliance standards.
- Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and service delivery frameworks.
- Familiarity with security controls, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
- Ability to interpret and report on security performance metrics, KPIs, and operational dashboards.
- Strong understanding of incident escalation management and governance processes.
- Experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Certifications
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
- CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT)
- ITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing Professional
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent program management certification
