Business Analytics Senior Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Monitor alignment of processes across data domains, functions and lines of business to the Enterprise Data Governance Policy and standards to meet its specific requirements

• Consult with all stakeholders to support defining, and/or integrating processes to align with the enterprise Data Governance roadmap and/or Data Risk and Control framework and taxonomy.

• Applies good understanding of concepts and procedures within own data domain area to resolve data inconsistencies, including exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative data analysis and flow of critical data.

• Translate data into insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings.

• Analyze and report governance metrics and insights including Data Governance adoption and maturity

• Provide technical knowledge to ensure efficient design, development, and implementation of complex initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Business Analytics, or related area performing data analytics.

• Familiar with financial instruments, derivatives products and credit risk concepts.

• Experience analyzing large datasets; proficient in data analytics, AI prompts and reporting tools to analyze complex data and identify trends.

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively and translate complex data findings into clear insights for business partners.

• Detail-oriented self-starter able to balance between seeing the “big picture” while paying close attention to detail.

• Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience required.
