Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to understand needs, developing application features, and refining configurations to optimize performance and usability. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows to support project clarity.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
