Industrial Reinvention Deployed Engineer (RDE) – Consultant

 

Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon / Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad(Hybrid)

 

Role Overview

A hands-on technology consultant who works directly with client business and operations teams to identify industrial challenges, translate them into technology solutions, and rapidly build and deploy AI-enabled applications.

The role combines strong AI/software engineering skills with industrial domain knowledge across manufacturing, maintenance, field service, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client business and operational challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, prototype, build, and deploy AI and Agentic AI solutions within industrial workflows.
• Develop solutions using Python, RAG, LangGraph, CrewAI, Azure OpenAI, APIs, and cloud technologies.
• Build data pipelines and integrations connecting AI solutions with enterprise and industrial systems.
• Integrate with platforms such as MES, SCADA, IoT, Historians, SAP PM, and Maximo.
• Work with business users and engineering teams to validate solutions and drive measurable operational impact.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong hands-on AI and software engineering capabilities with the ability to independently build working solutions.
• Ability to understand ambiguous business problems and convert them into practical, technology-led solutions.
• Experience in rapid prototyping, solution architecture, integration, and production deployment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to connect business processes, data, technology, and value.
• Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders, plant/operations teams, architects, and engineers.
• Exposure to manufacturing or other asset-intensive industrial environments.
