Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with laboratory stakeholders, developing and supporting StarLIMS solutions, integrating laboratory systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Configure, customize, and maintain StarLIMS applications to support laboratory operations and business requirements.
-Develop and manage workflows, sample lifecycle processes, test specifications, result recording, and reporting functionalities.
-Collaborate with business users, laboratory teams, quality teams, and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
-Design and implement integrations between StarLIMS and external systems such as ERP, MES, ELN, CDS, and laboratory instruments.
-Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while providing L2/L3 production support.
-Develop validation documents and support system qualification activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
-Create technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, and knowledge transfer artifacts.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards.
-Participate in application enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Support user training and adoption activities across laboratory functions.


Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills:
-Strong experience in StarLIMS configuration, customization, and administration.
-Experience in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) implementations and support.
-Knowledge of laboratory workflows including Sample Management, Quality Control, Stability, and Research & Development processes.
-Strong SQL and database management skills.
-Experience in workflow development, forms customization, and report development.

Good To Have Skills:
-Experience with JavaScript, .NET, or related development technologies.
-Knowledge of API-based integrations and middleware platforms.
-Understanding of Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) solutions.
-Familiarity with cloud-based laboratory transformation initiatives.
-Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or manufacturing environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Energy.
- This position is based at multiple locations.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
