Summary:
The Saviynt Development & Application Onboarding Architect will lead all application onboarding and development activities. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Saviynt design, development, customization, integrations, and enhancements. The candidate will work directly with the client to understand new requirements, propose scalable solutions, and ensure high-quality technical delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Saviynt application onboarding, development, customization, and enhancement activities.
- Interact directly with clients to understand requirements and provide appropriate Saviynt solution designs.
- Translate new business and technical requirements into scalable Saviynt configurations and development solutions.
- Design reusable integration and onboarding patterns for enterprise applications.
- Develop and customize Saviynt workflows, ARS, SoD controls, certification campaigns, email templates, analytics, roles, and global configurations.
- Lead & Develop integrations with AD, Azure AD, SAP, SAP GRC, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, Workday, databases, and other target applications.
- Design integrations using REST API, SOAP, SCIM, JDBC, JSON, XML, and web services.
- Evaluate Saviynt OOTB connectors and design Java/API-based custom connectors when required.
- Review technical designs, configurations, code, connectors, workflows, and deployment packages.
vProvide hands-on troubleshooting for complex application onboarding, provisioning, reconciliation, workflow, connector, API, SQL, and performance issues.
vLead Saviynt version upgrades, migrations, impact assessments, testing, deployment, and post-upgrade stabilization.
vGuide developers and ensure adherence to development, security, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, application owners, Business Analysts, project managers, and support teams.
vSupport DevOps, release management, change management, and production deployment activities.
- Prepare and maintain solution designs, architecture diagrams, configuration documents, onboarding standards, and technical runbooks.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure and services.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure security objectives are met.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of cloud security principles and practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have hands-on Saviynt development and application onboarding experience.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and cloud security principles.
- Experience in designing and implementing security frameworks for cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and best practices relevant to cloud services.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive security initiatives and resolve challenges.

- The candidate must have 12+ years, with strong hands-on Saviynt development and application onboarding experience
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
