Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding client needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve performance and usability. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the engineer navigates through different stages of application development, from initial design to deployment and maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth application functionality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices.
- Experience with application design and configuration to meet business needs.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with debugging and performance optimization techniques.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
