Business Architect

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements and designing effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position supports transformation efforts by preparing business cases and steering the execution of important initiatives, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into practical and technology-enabled outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending enhancements. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with English Language. - Comprehensive understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements within SAP HCM. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective system configurations. - Experience in integrating payroll solutions with other human capital management modules. - Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges related to payroll processing and reporting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
