Full-Stack .NET Developer

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Full-Stack .NET Developer. As an essential part of our Software Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing scalable applications using modern development frameworks and agile practices. We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in .NET and modern front-end technologies, capable of driving technical decisions, collaborating across teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and modern application architectures
• Advanced proficiency in React for building responsive and scalable front-end applications
• Experience with Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• Experience designing and developing full-stack applications in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and content-driven application architectures
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integrations
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture, and object-oriented programming principles
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to mentor and guide team members on technical best practices
• English C1 or above

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom software solutions across front-end and back-end components
• Build scalable and high-performing applications using .NET, React.js, and Next.js
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and application features
• Develop and enhance system integrations, APIs, and reusable software components
• Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for .NET and full-stack development practices
• Contribute to technical discussions and support key architectural and design decisions
• Perform code reviews and promote software quality, maintainability, and security best practices
• Analyze complex technical challenges and propose efficient, scalable solutions
• Support and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and continuous learning
• Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies, standards, and engineering practices
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to align technical deliverables with business goals
