EMEA Strategic Sourcer (French & English Speaker) - Freelance

The EMEA Strategic Sourcer will support talent acquisition activities across multiple markets, with a focus on France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The role is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent through advanced sourcing techniques, market mapping, and direct outreach. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, the sourcer will build talent pipelines, conduct screening conversations, and maintain accurate candidate records within Workday and other recruitment systems.

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably within consulting or professional services.
• Strong expertise in proactive sourcing and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Experience sourcing niche profiles across the French and BeLux markets.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and enterprise ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Workday).
• Ability to independently manage candidate pipelines and stakeholder interactions.
• Fluent English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
