Collaboration and adaptability are key, as the engineer balances multiple tasks to support the overall project goals and deliver high-quality results within dynamic environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Support the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to improve software development practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Experience in customizing and integrating SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and their translation into software functionalities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP EWM modules effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile practices.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
