Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves providing comprehensive support throughout the engineering lifecycle to develop effective technical solutions that address complex challenges and meet organizational goals. This role requires engaging with various engineering disciplines to ensure structural integrity, stress analysis, and configuration management are thoroughly addressed. The practitioner collaborates with multiple teams to integrate scientific principles and practical experience, ensuring that engineering outcomes align with business objectives and quality standards. Daily activities include analyzing technical data, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to the qualification and validation of engineering designs to support project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate engineering risks throughout project phases.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and technical mentorship.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of structural and stress design principles relevant to aircraft systems.
- Experience in configuration management and technical documentation processes.
- Ability to apply scientific and socio-economic considerations in engineering problem-solving.
- Familiarity with qualification and validation procedures for engineering deliverables.
- Competence in collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to achieve integrated engineering solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Aircraft Manufacturing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
