Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and normalization techniques.
- Experience with designing and implementing data architectures that support scalable applications.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes to maintain data consistency.
- Skilled in collaborating with software development teams to align data models with application needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
