Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end onboarding cases for institutional clients (e.g. Funds, Investment Managers, Financial Institutions), from receipt of request through to account activation.
- Review, analyze and validate KYC and onboarding documentation, ensuring completeness and alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Prepare and issue onboarding/KYC requirement lists, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve documentation gaps with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate closely with KYC, Regulatory Onboarding, Legal, Operations, DBM and offshore teams to progress cases and obtain required approvals.
- Track onboarding progress using internal onboarding systems and trackers
- Escalate risks, bottlenecks or regulatory issues appropriately, documenting decisions and outcomes clearly.
- Support ongoing maintenance activities where required (e.g. account changes, periodic reviews, stakeholder coordination).
Preferred Background
