Typical Accountabilities - Assists in the negotiation and preparation of agreements to establish business relationships, ensuring all contractual data is prepared according to established contracting policies, practices, and delegations. - Co-ordinates meetings and off-site events, including travel and hotel bookings, ensuring arrangements comply with policy and support the work-life balance of participants. - Maintains, checks, and processes data and documentation accurately to meet deadlines and required standards. - Collates and reviews documentation, carrying out defined checks to ensure all items are included correctly and comply with requirements. - Maintains and operates filing and other record systems to support business and contractual needs. - Produces accurate and timely documentation such as letters, invoices, and agreements to meet defined requirements and standards. - Obtains, collates, and manipulates routine information from readily available sources to meet the needs of the function. - Receives, sorts, and distributes mail and messages, ensuring secure and timely delivery. - Generates routine reports within clear guidelines and timetables to support ongoing business requirements. - Provides information and guidance on processing activities and resolves routine queries, escalating more complex tasks to supervisors as needed. - Follows up on processing activities to ensure the quality and timeliness of services delivered. - Ensures all procedures and standards are adhered to so that inputs and outputs meet business and customer needs. - Maintains knowledge of relevant regulatory, legal, and organizational requirements applicable to the role.
