TTS Client Operations offers world class Cash, Trade & Cards management services across the globe.  The organization provides our corporate and FI clients with implementations, transaction preparation, processing and customer service.  In striving to achieve high quality delivery the organization works closely with business partners and internal servicers. A significant focus on control, customer service and quality is practiced at the transaction and process levels.

A component of Global TTS Operations, Operation Readiness Team is responsible delivery of the enhancements/operational ask and manage project delivery with aspects operations and service readiness for various Regional and Global Cash and ensures Business and Operations readiness for changes within the TTS Operations environment.

The Operation readiness manager is responsible to understand the end to end product mapping, client requirement, Validate solution for alignment to Global Target Operating Model, review solution, Ensure the right platforms are considered for development and implementation, Have a view of Digital Day1 for all implementation with understanding of Minimal Viable Product deployment strategy.  Project management, review funding approvals for the projects, Monitor and track the Technology delivery for multiple software releases for TTS applications across regions with Product, technology and other stakeholders. Work effectively in complex and diverse technology and operating environment.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Description of roles and responsibilities:

  • Operations readiness lead for rollout of APAC instant Payments. - Responsible for day to day management of all Operational Readiness activities and capture of E2E Process and Procedures for launch of Instant payments to the Global Common Core infrastructure.   
  • Responsible to understand the end to end product mapping, client requirement, Validate solution for alignment to Global Target Operating Model, review solution, Ensure the right platforms are considered for development and implementation
  • Work with Product, technology and other stakeholders on Operations readiness and align with project plan
  • Work with regional and global teams to lead the implementation of Instant Payment.
  • Understand Global Target Operating Model definitions and ensure to drive the implementation for alignment with high scoring/KPI.
  • Be key partner for Data Governance review and work to lead the data quality related discussions.
  • Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analysing data requirements
  • Meet with end users to understand business needs, write requirements, conduct walkthroughs on requirement documents and obtain Project Sponsor, Product and Operations approvals.
  • Review of Functional Requirements to Business Requirements to ensure Technology has understood and met the end users’ needs/expectations.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance and 5 years in a professional management role
  • 5+ years of work experience in banking, may include consumer or transaction services, financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm.
  • Experience/knowledge in Instant Payments product development/ processing / implementations.
  • A firm understanding and working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with excellent TTS Cash Product Knowledge.
  • Ability to lead and influence people across cultures at a senior level using expert business judgment, excellent communication and listening skills, and resourcefulness
  • Manages ambiguity and adapts to and drives change
