Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining comprehensive business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation efforts by crafting detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives is a key part of the daily responsibilities. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align business goals with technology solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing and implementing business solutions that integrate with technology platforms.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support change management initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Capability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
