Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role also entails translating complex business needs into practical technology-driven strategies and operating frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to ensure clarity and alignment among stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and foster collaboration across diverse groups.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their understanding of business architecture principles.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Capability to guide and influence the implementation of key business transformation initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
