Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology by shaping operating models and supporting transformational initiatives. Throughout the day, collaboration with multiple teams and guiding the implementation of key projects are essential to ensure successful delivery and sustained business improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Well versed with Manufacturing , inventory management, especially on Master data management. Need strong communication skills as it requires direct interaction with client and onshore. Specific knowledge is required and it is mandatory to have skill in Engineering Change Management (ECM)
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Drive the development and refinement of business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Ability to develop and document operating models that support business transformation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively across diverse teams.
- Capability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
