Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless functionality. Continuous evaluation and refinement of the applications are part of the daily routine to maintain optimal performance and adaptability to evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and project scope.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP MDG framework.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data quality and governance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
