---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Utility Bill Associate WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: Process sales falls outs/exceptions coming from sales forms initiated by customers and various third parties such as Aggregators, Brokers and Comparators to assist with accurate and timely transfer of the customer in the market and ensure timely and accurate customer billing. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Execute transactions with minimal direction, enter data, and retrieve information from group specific system (all new hires might require some direction initially) • Conduct data verification by auditing own data entry for accuracy and making required corrections • Respond to various requests for information by searching, summarizing research results, and compiling in requested format. Escalate to supervisor as appropriate. • Produce standard correspondence by following existing templates. Adhere to client formatting and quality standards. Proof and edit work for syntax, grammar, and punctuation • May coordinate the work of a small team in areas of high-volume transaction processing and/or the training/education of new and/or more junior team members on operation procedures and policies. May serve as technical and functional resource or super users to other team members • Identify root cause trends for items which are rejected or pending and suggest corrective actions. Raise/Escalate help desk tickets or work requests as required for items where accounts cannot be raised due to system exceptions, and notify vendor of expected delay • Contact third party vendor or customer via email or outbound call if account cannot be processed as required. • Follow established policies, procedures, and methods • Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned • Meet established goals and objectives OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Quezon Cyberpark Tower 3

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Standard Non-Voice Profile • At least 6 months of relevant experience
