AI & Agentic Transformation Consultant (CL9)

About the Role

Join Accenture to help leading Products industry and multinational clients across Southeast Asia accelerate business transformation through AI, Agentic AI, and digital innovation. You will advise senior stakeholders on transformation strategy, identify growth opportunities, and drive measurable business outcomes at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise executives on AI, Agentic AI, and business transformation strategies.
• Shape transformation roadmaps that improve growth, productivity, and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to create business value.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across regional markets.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation outcomes and drive account growth.
• Stay ahead of industry, market, and AI trends to help clients accelerate reinvention.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, business transformation, or strategy consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI and their business applications.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders.
• Experience leading or supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with large multinational organizations, preferably within Products industries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors.
• Experience supporting regional transformation programs across Southeast Asia.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
