This role is based in Madrid under a hybrid working model, combining remote work with on-site collaboration at our offices.

Job Description

We are looking for a Blue Yonder TMS Analyst IB to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of Blue Yonder Transportation Management solutions. The role focuses on transportation planning, carrier collaboration, freight execution, shipment optimization, and integration with enterprise supply chain platforms.

The successful candidate will participate in transportation transformation programs, working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, integration teams, and supply chain operations to deliver scalable Blue Yonder TMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Blue Yonder TMS modules including Transportation Planning, Load Building, Carrier Selection, Tender Management, Routing Guide, Shipment Execution, Freight Settlement, and Appointment Scheduling.
• Design and configure transportation business rules, rate structures, accessorial charges, carrier contracts, transportation calendars, service levels, routing constraints, and optimization parameters.
• Configure and support transportation lifecycle processes including order release management, shipment creation, consolidation, tendering, carrier acceptance, execution tracking, proof of delivery, and freight payment.
• Participate in system integration activities between Blue Yonder TMS and ERP, WMS, EDI, API, carrier connectivity platforms, and supply chain visibility solutions.

Technical Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain transportation models, network structures, carrier hierarchies, lane definitions, geographic zones, transportation modes, equipment types, and routing configurations within Blue Yonder TMS.
• Support setup and maintenance of transportation optimization engines, load consolidation rules, routing guides, capacity constraints, and carrier allocation strategies.
• Analyze functional incidents, identify root causes, validate configurations, and coordinate corrective actions with technical and business teams.
• Execute system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and production validation activities.
• Create functional specifications, configuration workbooks, process flows, test scenarios, and user documentation.
• Support production deployments, configuration migrations, release management activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams to validate transportation KPIs, freight cost analysis, carrier performance metrics, and operational data quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on transportation cost reduction, service-level improvements, carrier utilization, shipment consolidation, and network optimization

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience working with Transportation Management Systems.
• Minimum 1 year of experience configuring, supporting, implementing, or enhancing Blue Yonder TMS or a comparable Transportation Management platform.
• Advanced proficiency in Transportation Management Systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting transportation processes such as shipment planning, carrier management, freight execution, transportation optimization, or freight settlement.
• Minimum 1 year of experience performing functional analysis, testing, defect management, and configuration activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Fulfillment Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Functional Requirements Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Transportation Management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Process Improvement.
• Intermediate proficiency in Data Analysis.
• Experience with EDI integrations including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, or carrier communication standards.
• Experience integrating Blue Yonder TMS with SAP, Oracle, WMS platforms, or supply chain planning solutions.
• Experience with transportation rate management, freight audit, carrier onboarding, and transportation visibility solutions.
• Experience validating transportation data using SQL queries and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of transportation optimization concepts including routing, consolidation, mode selection, and carrier allocation.
