What would you do? • Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs • Talent Development process • The role is responsible for developing and maintaining SOPs and process documentation in collaboration with business stakeholders and SMEs. It also delivers process and system training across Finance and Accounting functions, including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report, while supporting certifications, onboarding, and process compliance.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Instructor-Led Training (ILT) - P5 • Skills & Qualifications • Proficient in documentation and process mapping tools. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to analyze and simplify complex processes. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Effective planning and multitasking capabilities. • Domain Expertise • Strong knowledge of end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes, including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report. • Hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. • May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture. • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments. • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside. • Individual would manage small teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. • Please be advised that this role may require candidates to work in rotational shifts. The hiring process for this position will include two rounds of interviews.
