KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing, ensuring stable and efficient production processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support resolution of production, quality, and reliability issues in cooperation with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Service, and suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement activities focused on quality, productivity, reliability, cost, and process robustness.
• Lead and support engineering projects, including NPI, product transfers, engineering changes, and implementation of new manufacturing solutions.
• Support prototype, pilot, testing, and validation activities and successful transition into regular production.
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods, tools, fixtures, test solutions, and technical documentation.
• Support component changes, obsolescence, supplier issues, and implementation of alternative technical solutions.
• Ensure engineering solutions comply with applicable quality, safety, and engineering requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
• Relevant experience in Manufacturing, Operations Engineering, NPI, R&D, or similar engineering environment.
• Strong hands-on skills in technical troubleshooting, testing, and problem solving.
• Experience with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Ability to understand and work with engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Good understanding of engineering principles, components, manufacturing processes, and system integration.
• Experience supporting production, testing, NPI, product transfers, and engineering changes.
• Ability to lead and support engineering projects and continuous improvement activities.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills in a cross-functional and international environment.
