The Deal Desk team serves as a trusted advisor to LinkedIn's Field Sales organization, helping drive revenue growth through strategic deal structuring, commercial guidance, and operational excellence. We partner closely with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders to enable complex customer agreements, accelerate deal velocity, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

You will be expected to navigate ambiguity, independently lead initiatives, influence stakeholders across multiple functions, and serve as a subject matter expert on deal strategy, pricing, commercial models, policies, and processes. Success in this role requires strong commercial judgment, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and a passion for continuous improvement.
A successful candidate will demonstrate an AI-first mindset and naturally approach problems, decision-making, and process improvement through scalable, AI-driven methodologies. They will actively seek opportunities to leverage AI, automation, data, and technology to improve efficiency, enhance decision quality, accelerate deal velocity, and create more scalable ways of working.
