Procore Administrator , Worldwide Grocery Stores - Growth & Development

Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores is searching for a Procore Administrator for WWRGD Store Development. This role sits at the center of one of the world's most ambitious physical retail portfolios. In this role, you will own the platform that our team and 3P providers use to plan, build, and operate hundreds of grocery stores across North America.

This is not a helpdesk role, it is a functional ownership role. As the Procore Administrator for WWRGD Store Development, you will own the platform that thousands of people use to plan, build, and support more than 600 grocery sites and thousands of unique projects.

Here is what makes this role different:
- You own the platform, not just the requests. You are the functional domain owner for Procore administration - not a support queue. You make the decisions about how the platform is configured, who has access, and how end users are trained and supported.
- Your work scales with the business. With One Instance consolidation underway, the decisions you make today about configuration, access governance, and training architecture will determine how hundreds of users across multiple brands experience the platform for years.
- You are the person people come to. Whether it is a new hire who needs to get up to speed, a project manager trying to understand a workflow, or a senior leader who needs a report - you either are the answer or help find it.
- You build the end-to-end process, not just use them. You will create the SOPs, the training materials, the reporting templates, and the governance documentation that makes the whole organization more consistent and self-sufficient.
- You partner at the right level. You work closely with the Product Manager on enhancements and strategic initiatives. You are an accountable partner, not a technical order-taker.

Key job responsibilities
- Own all day-to-day Procore administration: user provisioning, permission management, workflow settings, budget templates, inspection protocols, estimating tools, and bidding configuration
- Monitor system integrations daily, resolving routine failures and escalating non-routine issues via SIM-T; conduct monthly finance reconciliations to validate data accuracy
- Provide primary user support for all end users, resolving 80% of issues within 24 business hours and escalating complex issues with documentation
- Own the design and delivery of day-to-day Procore training programs, including role-based onboarding, refresher sessions, and materials that keep users current as the platform evolves
- Support training delivery for strategic initiatives and enhancement deployments, contributing platform expertise and end-user readiness under direction of the Product Manager or Change Management owner
- Contribute to operational reporting within Procore, building and distributing standard dashboards and reports that drive project tracking and cross-functional visibility
- Maintain and enforce Procore-specific SOPs and process documentation, ensuring content is current, version-controlled, and AI-agent-ready
- Serve as the primary tester during UAT for Procore enhancements and integrations, owning test execution in partnership with the Product Manager
- Conduct regular data integrity and user access audits to identify inconsistencies, close permission gaps, and ensure accurate reporting

A day in the life
Your morning might start by checking the integration dashboard, resolving a routine data flow issue before the team notices it. From there, you are running a new-hire onboarding session for project managers joining a new brand. After lunch, you are on a call with the Capital Planning team to confirm Power BI fields are mapped correctly. In the afternoon, you are building a training module for a configuration update going live next month. No two days look the same, but the common thread is keeping the platform running, users enabled, and data trustworthy across a 600+ location portfolio.

About the team
The WWRGD Operational Excellence team owns the execution governance frameworks, system administration, and process infrastructure that enable nine functional pillars — spanning construction, design, capital planning, procurement, facilities, and vendor management — to operate as one aligned organization. We are a direct execution team: we do not advise on problems, we own and solve them. The Procore Administrator is a core functional owner within this team, responsible for one of the most critical systems in our operational stack.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field
- Experience working with MS Excel, VBA, SQL, Data Warehouse or business intelligence systems and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience developing and delivering training programs
- Experience performing data analysis and troubleshooting data integrity issues
- 3+ years of program management, systems administration, or technical operations experience in a construction, real estate, or project management environment
- 3+ years of experience with Procore or a comparable construction management platform, including user administration and configuration

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
- Procore Certified Administrator credential
- Experience supporting a platform consolidation, migration, or large-scale system implementation
- Familiarity with SSO, identity and access management, and enterprise user provisioning
- Background in retail construction, store development, or physical infrastructure environments

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
