Job Title: Infra Managed Service Specialist

Role Description:
Provides advanced Linux patching and troubleshooting expertise, handling complex technical issues and driving resolution of critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex Linux patching and remediation activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical patching failures and OS issues.
- Perform RCA for recurring patching and infrastructure issues.
- Develop automation/scripts to improve patching efficiency.
- Guide junior team members and support technical escalations.

Technical Experience:
- Strong experience in RHEL/Linux administration and patching.
- Expertise in Red Hat Satellite, Ansible and patch management tools.
- Strong knowledge of OS troubleshooting, repositories, packages and dependencies.
- Experience with automation, scripting and vulnerability remediation.
