The Practice – A Brief Sketch

Technology Strategy & Transformation Practice is a part of Digital Core Reinvention Partner and focuses on our clients’ most strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through technology transformation initiatives, aimed at modernizing delivery, improving operational performance and generating measurable enterprise value. We provide you with a strong learning environment, deep-rooted in Technology Strategy, large-scale program delivery and business transformation, where you will work with key global clients to drive the next evolution of enterprise technology change. As part of this high-performing team, you will lead organizations through complex transformation journeys — from translating transformation vision into measurable business outcomes through disciplined execution across global teams, functions, and delivery partners. This is a delivery leadership role with direct accountability for transformation outcomes These are some of the initiatives you will support: The Philippines hub sits at the intersection of three global trends: the maturation of AI ready enterprise technology, the rise of the country as a high-value knowledge services hub, and the growing demand from global CIOs and CTOs for consulting capability that can combine strategic advisory with cost-competitive delivery. You will be the leader who capitalizes on all three.

These are the initiatives you will own and drive:

• Practice Set up and Growth: Establish the Philippines’ Tech Strategy and Transformation capability from the ground up — define Sub Capability growth, build delivery playbooks, and create repeatable solution assets that enable the practice to scale.

• Client Growth & Account Development: Identify growth opportunities and key critical clients and work with Client leads to upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing relationships, provide solution support and own end to end delivery, build a lighthouse client base with referenceable outcomes that drive market presence.

• AI Delivery Excellence: Lead delivery quality across all AI and Transformation engagements — establish governance, risk, and benefits realization frameworks aligned to global best practice.

• Team Building & Talent Development: Recruit, develop and retain a high performing team of consultants, architects, data engineers and domain specialists; design career pathways and a competency framework that makes the Philippines hub competitive for top AI talent.

• Market Positioning & Thought Leadership: Build brand equity in the Philippines Accenture ecosystem; engage with other Reinvention Partners, produce thought leadership and represent the practice at industry forums to drive visibility and pipeline.

• Global Practice Alignment: Serve as the primary connector between the Philippines practice and global delivery leadership; share innovations, contribute to global offerings, and ensure the hub is fully integrated into international client delivery programs.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 15-20 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a consulting leadership role with direct accountability for practice growth, client outcomes, and delivery performance.
• Proven experience building, leading, or significantly scaling a technology-enabled or AI-enabled consulting practice within a global services, technology, or professional services organization.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering AI-enabled transformation engagements for large global enterprise clients.
• Deep understanding of the technology and services ecosystem, including market dynamics, talent landscape, and enterprise technology adoption trends.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence, communication, stakeholder management, and business development capabilities.
• Experience leading multicultural and globally distributed teams, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, architecting, or deploying Agentic AI, Generative AI, or cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Previous experience serving as a Consulting Lead, Practice Head, or equivalent leadership role within a Big 4, Global Systems Integrator (SI), or Technology Strategy & Consulting organization.
• Experience establishing and managing university partnerships, industry collaborations, or talent development pipelines focused on AI and technology capabilities.
• Experience supporting clients within highly regulated industries such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Government.
• Demonstrated thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, industry forums, or community contributions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Cloud Platform Certifications (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• AI/ML certifications such as: Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer AWS AI Practitioner DeepLearning.AI, Coursera, or equivalent AI/ML specializations
• PMP, MSP, or equivalent Program/Project Management certification.
• SAFe or equivalent Agile-at-Scale certification.
