As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. - Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development including RESTful services and database integration.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Skilled in debugging, performance tuning, and ensuring application security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
