RIS Solution Architect Senior Manager

Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions developed align with client expectations and business objectives, while also addressing any challenges that may arise during the process. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the solutions are not only innovative but also practical and implementable. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide the best possible solutions for clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions. - Mentor junior professionals in the team to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services. - Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. - Ability to design scalable and secure solutions that meet client needs. - Familiarity with integration patterns and data flow management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
