Summary:
As a Solution Architect, your day involves transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of specific technologies, functions, or platforms. You work closely with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also strengthen the overall business proposition. Your role requires continuous collaboration, strategic thinking, and ensuring that the solutions developed are both feasible and aligned with client goals, fostering strong partnerships and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their understanding and capabilities within the project environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Strong expertise in supply chain planning concepts and enterprise resource planning integration.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient supply planning solutions tailored to diverse client requirements.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
