Job description & summary

Are you an experienced data professional ready to take ownership of complex analytical challenges and help shape how clients use their data? Join our team and play a leading role in delivering modern data solutions that drive real business impact.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:

• Design and build data models that support scalable and reliable analytics.
• Define data transformation logic and business rules across complex data pipelines.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support decision-making.
• Prepare functional and technical solution designs for data and analytics projects.
• Work with large datasets, identify business insights, ensure data quality, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts and support their professional development.
• Deliver projects end-to-end, from analysis and design through implementation and handover.
• Promote data quality, governance, and continuous improvement across engagements.
• Bridge the gap between business and technology by turning data into actionable recommendations.

What matters to us

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data management, BI, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, data quality, and data governance principles.
• Hands-on experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Client-facing mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities.

What will help you stand out

• Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of modern data architecture concepts such as Data Lakehouse or Data Mesh.
• Experience with master data management and data governance initiatives.
• Proven delivery across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing junior team members.
• Background in banking, financial services, or insurance.
