Business Architect

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing effective business solutions. The position requires translating complex business needs into practical technology-enabled strategies and operating models. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. - Strong understanding of compensation management processes and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing business solutions within human capital management frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Proficient in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to drive project success. - Skilled in leveraging technology to optimize compensation strategies and operational workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
