Business Transformation Specialist

About the Role

Accenture is looking for a Business Transformation Specialist to join our growing transformation practice.

In this role, you'll help organisations deliver large-scale business transformation programs by supporting operating model evolution, enterprise change initiatives, migration activities, and strategic transformation outcomes. Working across multidisciplinary teams, you'll partner with business, technology, operations and change stakeholders to navigate complex challenges and deliver meaningful organisational outcomes.

You will contribute to transformation programs involving people, process and technology change, helping clients define future-state operating models, assess organisational readiness, identify transformation enablers, and support the successful delivery of business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to operating model transformation and future-state organisational design activities.
• Assist in developing customer, employee and business migration approaches.
• Conduct readiness assessments and identify risks, dependencies and transformation enablers.
• Support enterprise-wide transformation activities across business and operational functions.
• Develop transformation artefacts including operating model documentation, impact assessments, implementation roadmaps and business recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to build alignment and drive outcomes.
• Partner with business and technology teams to support successful transformation delivery.
• Monitor transformation outcomes and contribute to post-implementation success assessments.
• Analyse complex business challenges and develop practical, actionable recommendations.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Business Transformation, Management Consulting, Operating Model Transformation, Enterprise Change, Service Design, Strategy & Consulting, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale transformation or business change programs.
• Experience in one or more of the following: Operating Model Transformation Customer Migration Employee Migration Enterprise Change & Transformation Organisational Readiness Business Transformation Delivery Data Migration Target Operating Model Design
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops, working groups and stakeholder discussions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex business problems.
• Experience working across business and technology teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Experience within Financial Services, Banking or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Previous experience within a consulting, advisory or transformation environment is highly regarded.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Management, Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
