You must love what you do and have the desire to be a standout colleague.

Description

Serving as a key point of contact for the organization, you will collaborate closely with admin assistants and the lead EA, project managers, and leaders across Apple and external partners. You will provide direct administrative support to two leaders while also serving as a team resource for the broader org. You are self-motivated, proactive, team-oriented, and maintain a strong emphasis on organization with unwavering attention to detail. You exercise good judgment, have great communication skills, and own and complete tasks and projects independently with minimal direction. This role is based on-site, where you’ll be embedded with the team to provide real-time support and ensure seamless day-to-day operations during standard business hours.

Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident, well-informed decisions
Excellent organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Ability to maintain a consistent on-site presence to support daily operational needs

AA or BS degree preferred
Experience with office management, space planning, or workplace operations
Experience planning and coordinating team events, All Hands meetings, or offsites
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, with flexibility to adjust priorities on short notice
Ability to exercise good judgment when exposed to highly confidential information
Ability to build collaborative relationships cross-functionally and work with global teams across multiple time zones
A forward-thinker who takes initiative, successfully manages multiple requests and projects simultaneously, and has a constant drive for process improvement
Proficient in Apple hardware and software, especially Calendar, Mail, Keynote, Numbers, and Pages
