Join Amazon Digital Advertising and shape how Amazon's internal marketing teams reach their audiences through programmatic advertising. In this role, you'll drive strategic media planning and campaign execution across our advertising platform, solving complex optimization challenges while working with innovative advertising technology. You'll have the opportunity to influence advertising strategy at scale, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance our platform capabilities and deliver measurable results for some of Amazon's most important marketing initiatives.

Key job responsibilities
- Plan and execute programmatic media campaigns within Amazon DSP.
- Manage cross-team deadlines and project plans to ensure all initiatives launch on time.
- Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign delivery issues, ad serving errors, and reporting discrepancies.
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategies with business goals.
- Generate detailed performance reports and present findings.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Partner with Supply and Product teams to drive improvements to Amazon DSP offerings


A day in the life
Your focus centers on planning and executing programmatic media campaigns within Amazon DSP while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. You'll start your day reviewing campaign performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities based on overnight data. Throughout the day, you'll coordinate with internal marketing teams to understand their evolving needs, manage budget pacing across active campaigns, and troubleshoot any delivery or reporting issues that arise. You'll also collaborate with our Supply and Product teams to share insights from campaign performance and discuss potential platform improvements. Your work involves balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring campaigns launch on schedule while maintaining the operational excellence our stakeholders depend on.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
