We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the financial strategy of our business. You will partner closely with business development, marketing, account management leaders to drive planning, evaluate investments, and influence key decisions. You will own financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial health and growth of a startup at a pivotal stage.
Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end headcount and capacity planning, including workforce forecasting, hiring plans, staffing requirements, resource allocation, and budget alignment in partnership with business and HR leaders.
- Drive productivity and efficiency management by defining performance metrics, monitoring trends, identifying improvement opportunities, and partnering with stakeholders to improve resource utilization and operational efficiency.
- Lead FP&A activities including financial forecasting, annual planning, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and performance reporting. Provide actionable insights to support business and investment decisions.
- Build and manage financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast financial outcomes, assess scenarios, and track key operating metrics.
- Partner with business and operations leaders to align financial and operating plans with strategic priorities and provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making.
- Own goal-setting and performance management, translating business priorities into measurable financial and operating goals, tracking progress throughout the year, and providing insights to help leaders stay on track.
- Drive AI adoption across the finance function by building and deploying financial AI agents to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and improve decision quality.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
