As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading the integration of innovative practices within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence both client and organizational strategies. This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with business objectives, and fostering trusted advisor relationships. The position demands active collaboration across multiple teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology-driven business transformations, while continuously enhancing the organization s reputation through thought leadership and strategic insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve delivery outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Data Engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with scripting, automation, and application development.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts and hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services infrastructure and services.
- Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and implement data engineering solutions that support business intelligence and analytics.
- Experience with integrating diverse data sources and ensuring data quality and governance within cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
