Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and project success.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex software issues and providing innovative solutions.
- Experience in integrating software components across diverse systems to enhance functionality.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
