Your Mission

As a Consultant within Macro Foresight, part of Accenture’s CEO Advisory business, you will help leading organizations understand how macroeconomic, geopolitical, and financial trends impact their business and investment decisions. Working from our Germany hub, you will support European leaders as they address challenges ranging from industrial transformation and energy transition to trade policy, supply chain resilience, and the impact of AI on global competitiveness.

Your Daily Work

  • Deliver strategic client engagements. You own workstreams from problem definition through analysis and recommendation development, helping clients translate insights into action.
  • Build decision-ready insights. You develop economic models, scenarios, dashboards, and data-driven analyses that transform complexity into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Apply AI to foresight challenges. You leverage large language models and AI agents to enhance research, monitoring, horizon scanning, and scenario planning activities.
  • Develop innovative offerings. You contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled services across scenario planning, wargaming, decision intelligence, and enterprise resilience.
  • Shape thought leadership. You support Macro Briefs, points of view, and external perspectives on economic and geopolitical developments, with opportunities to build your own profile over time.

Who You Are

  • You hold a degree in Economics, Business, Political Science, International Relations, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have experience in strategy consulting, economic research, geopolitical risk, public policy, corporate strategy, or another analytical environment.
  • You are skilled at translating complex analyses into recommendations that senior executives can act upon.
  • You are comfortable working with data, analytical models, and AI-enabled tools to generate insight and support decision-making.
  • You communicate confidently in English. German language skills are advantageous for client engagements in the German market.
