Retail Lead (Senior Manager)

We are looking for an experienced Retail Lead (Senior Manager) to help clients navigate complex business challenges and unlock growth opportunities across the Retail industry. This role combines industry expertise, client relationship management, business development, and transformation leadership to drive meaningful business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Retail-focused business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Drive sales origination, pipeline development, and account growth.
• Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee delivery of consulting engagements and ensure successful client outcomes.
• Mentor teams and contribute to capability development within the Retail practice.

Qualifications

• ​12+ years of experience in Retail, Consulting, or Transformation leadership.
• Strong understanding of Retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, digital commerce, or customer experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and managing executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated business development and sales leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred

• Consulting background with experience in Retail transformation.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

A strategic Retail industry leader with a strong track record in client advisory, business development, and transformation delivery, capable of driving growth while helping organizations reinvent how they operate and serve their customers.
