At the Industry & Enterprise Communication, Media & Technology Hub, we bring together approximately 100 professionals across software engineering, cloud, data, artificial intelligence, platform engineering, and enterprise technology domains. We collaborate closely with leading technology partners and deliver solutions that combine deep industry expertise with modern engineering practices. Our work spans the full technology lifecycle, from strategy and architecture through implementation, modernization, and continuous optimization.

THE WORK

• Work directly with clients to design, build, and deploy innovative technology solutions that address real business challenges.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Prototype, develop, and implement intelligent applications, automation solutions, and modern digital products while demonstrating a commitment to constant progress.
• Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and architecture discussions, supported by continuous learning and a passion for personal development.
• Analyze technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to improve solution effectiveness and business outcomes while being motivated to embrace new opportunities and proactive in skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, data specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
• Support clients throughout the full solution lifecycle, from ideation and proof-of-concept through deployment and optimization.
• Continuously explore emerging technologies and help clients adopt new capabilities responsibly and effectively.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Experience in software engineering, application development, cloud technologies, data engineering, platform engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with Python or another modern programming language.
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies, distributed systems, or modern software architectures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of modern software development practices and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills in English & Polish, both written and spoken.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience working with cloud platforms or AI-enabled solutions.
• Exposure to solution architecture or enterprise technology transformation projects.
• Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, or technical demonstrations.
• Relevant technical certifications.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional teams.
