WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• AI Transformation Advisory: AI use-case discovery and qualification, AI-ready process design, solution   shaping and client workshops
• Industry Process Expertise (AI fluent): Working knowledge of a priority industry process\* / sub   capability area and its data
• Process Excellence + AI: Process discovery, business process modelling (BPMN), process re-design, analysis and optimization
• Enterprise Function Transformation: Functional process knowledge (e.g. P2P, O2C, R2R,   hire-to-retire, service operations)
• AI Value Architecture: Value discovery, benefit quantification, business case build and sensitivity   analysis
• Industry Data & AI:   data readiness assessment for AI, data product concepts, data analysis and AI adoption support
• Agentic Enterprise: Agentic use-case identification, copilot and agent   workflow mapping, human-in-the-loop design
• Across all: AI Fluency (fundamentals of AI, GenAI, Agentic), requirements   definition

 

 

 

GOOD TO HAVE EXPERINCE:

• AI prototyping with GenAI and agent builders
• Process Mining (Celonis/Signavio/Soroco)
• RPA (UiPath/Automation Anywhere)
• Low-Code/No-Code
• SQL and Python basics
• Data visualization and storytelling
• Cloud data platform exposure
• Prior consulting experience or deep process expertise or in-industry operating experience
