WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• AI Transformation Advisory: AI opportunity identification and qualification across Life Sciences SAP functions; AI-ready process design and solution shaping for SAP functions across Sales, Manufacturing , Logistics and Quality; experience conducting client workshops and capability assessments in Life Sciences context
• SAP Business AI and SAP Joule : Drive digital transformation by combining business process knowledge with SAP Business AI and SAP Joule. You will design solutions using AI copilot agents, automated exception handling, and predictive analytics to build agile, resilient enterprise workflows.
• Functional Configuration & Integration: Drive module setup, master data design, and integration touchpoints (e.g., EWM-QM inspection lots, SD-Logistics delivery processing, ATTP serialization, or ICSM trial tracking). 
• AI & Automation Implementation: Identify process friction points and deploy SAP Business AI capabilities. Train and enable business users to leverage SAP Joule for natural language querying, transactional execution, and cross-system decision automation. 
• AI Agent & Workflow Integration: Work alongside technical teams to incorporate Joule Agents and Logistics/Supply Chain AI Assistants (e.g., issue resolution, batch expiration monitoring, stock replenishment, dynamic bin optimization). 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional supply chain, sales, compliance, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and governance.
• Process Excellence + AI (SAP): Process discovery and redesign across SAP sub-functions; business process modelling for clinical operations, regulatory submissions, and safety workflows; process analysis and optimization with knowledge of GxP compliance requirements and validation considerations
• Life Sciences SAP Data & AI: Data readiness assessment for AI across SAP data, both transactional and master data; understanding of data standards (data product concepts and AI adoption support in GxP-compliant environments
• Agentic Enterprise (SAP): Identification and scoping of agentic AI opportunities across SAP sub-functions; agent workflow mapping and orchestration design for multi-step SAP processes; human-in-the-loop design; knowledge of agentic frameworks and platforms (e.g. LangChain, Copilot Studio, AWS Bedrock Agents) and their applicability in SAP & LS contexts

 

 

GOOD TO HAVE EXPERINCE:

• AI prototyping with GenAI and agent builders
• Process Mining (Celonis/Signavio/Soroco)
• RPA (UiPath/Automation Anywhere)
• Low-Code/No-Code development tools (co-pilot studio, N8N, etc.)
• SQL and Python basics
• Data visualization and storytelling
• Understanding of SDLC and Business Analysis
• Hands-on functional experience in S/4HANA  in at least one of the following domains:
  Sales & Distribution (SD), Logistics & Warehousing (EWM, Quality Management (QM), . 
  Life Sciences Solutions (ATTP / ICSM).
• Knowledge of SAP Joule architectural capabilities (Transactional, Navigational, Informational, and Analytical modes). 
• Familiarity with SAP Business AI Platform features, including groundings via SAP Knowledge Graph/Business Data Cloud and Joule Agents.
