Quality Assurance - C# Automation - Tech Lead
Role Summary & Role Description
Experience level : 5 to 10 years
Role : QA - Test Engineer
Primary Skills (Must Have):
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation using tools such as Selenium with C#.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and .NET framework fundamentals.
- Experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, data-driven, keyword-driven).
- Proficient in working with collections, LINQ, and design patterns in C#.
- Solid experience in writing complex SQL queries to validate and test backend data.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, including integration of automated test suites into build pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Good knowledge of testing methodologies, defect tracking/management tools, QA processes, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior team members.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Work Environment and Domain Expertise:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, actively participating in sprint ceremonies.
- Exposure to test planning, estimation, and execution reporting.
- Experience in Capital Markets or Fund Accounting domain will be an added advantage.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to modern tools like Playwright (C#) or other automation frameworks.
- Experience in cloud platforms or enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of pipeline troubleshooting and test stability optimization.
