Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, your day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. You will engage in detailed tuning processes to improve the model's accuracy and relevance, ensuring it performs optimally within targeted applications. Collaboration with team members to understand contextual requirements and iterative testing to validate enhancements are integral parts of your routine. This role demands a focus on continuous improvement of model capabilities to meet evolving project needs and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather domain-specific requirements and translate them into model fine-tuning strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate model performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
- Document fine-tuning processes and outcomes to support knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding model development workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, API Management, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python Frameworks, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience in fine-tuning and adapting large-scale language models to specific domains and use cases.
- Ability to design and implement instruction fine-tuning techniques to enhance model behavior.
- Familiarity with Python-based machine learning frameworks and libraries relevant to generative model development.
- Experience in managing APIs for model deployment and integration within larger systems.
- Understanding of agentic artificial intelligence concepts and their application in autonomous model behavior.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
