Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI

Summary:
As an Agentic AI Develoer/Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust production pipelines, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises environments. The engineer actively works on implementing generative artificial intelligence models as part of comprehensive solutions, which may also encompass deep learning techniques, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing tasks. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and operational excellence is a key aspect of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI solutions that meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative A, Agentic AI.
- Strong experience in developing and deploying AI models in cloud and on-premises environments.
- In-depth understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks, and their practical applications.
- Ability to design and optimize production-ready AI pipelines ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Familiarity with chatbot development and image processing techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex AI system issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
