Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This role includes managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The lead is responsible for establishing platform standards that maintain system stability and optimize performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key part of the daily routine to drive the evolution of the software offerings effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and cloud-based application design.
- Experience with integration techniques and managing software release cycles.
- Ability to define and enforce platform standards for performance and reliability.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex system issues and providing scalable solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
